Booking & Cancellation Policies for Privates, Semi Privates and Corporate Packages

  • Each private class must be paid in full before booking time.

  • Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full amount for the private/corporate class and will forfeit a makeup for that session.

  • All individual and class packages purchased are for the sole use of the purchaser and may not be transferred from the person, or company for whom they are purchased, to any other business, group or individual. 

  • Bookings for yoga & massage are non-transferable

  • For individual or corporate yoga classes, refunds are not available. 

  • Students may reschedule their yoga or massage session with a minimum of 24 hours notice.

  • No refunds will be made for missed/forgotten sessions.

  • By agreeing to these terms you agree to be on time for your sessions. ~ Please make sure that your space is set up for our session in order to begin on time.

  • Please ensure that there are no distractions during our session, be they electronic, animal, or human related.

  • Please note that class times cannot be extended due to lateness.

  • Yoga props will be provided by Niki Brown, unless you have your own.

Liability

 

  1. The teacher is responsible for providing the services offered as initially agreed upon. 

  2. The student holds the responsibility to ensure that his/her personal health is sufficient to participate in the offered classes.

  3. Any conditions (medical or otherwise) that may impact the student’s ability to practice yoga must be communicated to the teacher before the start of class.

  4. The teacher carries out the right to change, add or cancel classes.  Such change will be always displayed on www.nikiyogini.com and subscribed customers will always be informed via email in case of short notice.

  5. By signing the intake form and/or participating in yoga class the student agrees with all the conditions and terms provided by Niki Brown.

  6. The teacher is not responsible for any loss or damage of the student`s private belongings as well as for any kind of injury before, during, or after the class.
