I will be in Edinburgh, Paris, Lyon, and Vancouver this Autumn, and I love to work privately with my students where possible. One on one or one with few is a custom experience that personalizes your journey. Private classes provide focused attention, instruction and coaching, with detailed feedback and support for your intentions. Each class is tailored to what you are experiencing and in need of on that particular day. If you have goals in your practice or are in need of a unique program for your body, private yoga is for you. Classes may include restorative and hatha yoga, breathing and meditation exercises, sound baths, chanting, reiki or head massage.
